Certified Green Project Manager – Basic™ (GPM-b)
The GPM-b® (Green Project Management – Basic) Certification is a globally recognized credential designed to introduce professionals to sustainable project management practices. This course provides a foundational understanding of how to integrate environmental, social, and economic factors into project planning and delivery.
You’ll explore the P5™ Standard for Sustainability, learn about the PRiSM™ methodology, and discover how projects can align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Exam Details:
Short-Form Exam (For RPL Candidates)
If you’re applying through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) route, you’ll take the short-form version of the GPM-b® exam. This format consists of 75 multiple-choice questions, split between 60 questions on sustainability methods and 15 questions on project delivery approaches. You’ll be given 90 minutes to complete the test. To pass, you’ll need to score at least 70% in each of the two sections — sustainability and delivery — independently.
Standard Exam (For Non-RPL Candidates)
Candidates who do not qualify under the RPL criteria will take the standard version of the GPM-b® exam. This version includes 150 multiple-choice questions, equally divided between two key areas: 75 questions on sustainability methods and 75 on project delivery methods. You’ll have a total of 3 hours to complete the exam. Like the short-form version, a passing score requires achieving at least 70% in each individual section.
